As our family, values, and health journey have grown, so has the podcast. </p><p>Liv Aligned is a natural next chapter for me (Amanda). </p><p>It is still grounded in nutrition and wellness, but with more space for real life, family, and holistic living! I specialize in everything from show-ready bodybuilding prep (I've competed too and won <b>Novice Bikini in 2019</b>) to integrative health, where I work with functional medicine labs like <b>HTMA ( heavy metals), OAT (organic acids), hormone panels, omega fatty acids, and food sensitivity testing</b>.</p><p>Movement is a huge part of my life, and I’m certified in <b>Yoga, Acro Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, and Fascial Stretch Therapy</b>, so I take a full-body, whole-life approach to health. When I’m not coaching or with my family, you’ll usually find me cooking from scratch, baking sourdough, or making chocolate chip cookies. I truly believe <b>food is medicine</b>, and that slowing down to cook and eat real food together is one of the best ways to connect and feel our best.</p><p><br></p>
