A while ago, I said INR returns abuse or starting to rival payments fraud. Well, guess what? INR claims are up 30 % year over year. And we're not talking about edge cases. These are scalable tactics. Easy to repeat, easier to abuse. All it takes is one false claim or you didn't get my package. And you are out the product and the revenue. And then there's double dipping that move or someone gets a refund from you and then also files a charge back from the bank. […]
