So if we have to make a change someplace, we know what other areas in that handbook that it's impacting and whether or not we can do whatever it is that you want us to do. I guess the point I was going to make is the next thing is pretty scary. Maybe not often. We occasionally, but it's not rare. The first comments back on the first draft that we send is, we want you to take all of these provisions out. They want the EEOC language. They want all that stuff out. And the idea in their mind is, well, why would I inform my employees of their rights? And the response to that, and for anybody who's listening, the reason why you would do that is because that language is there for you, not for them. […]
