Four Classic Rock fans discuss the artist and 4 tracks from the album as it plays in the background. Then we riff on 3 additional “staff picks” of other artists that were also on the charts during that month and year. You’ll hear Classic Rock bands that were still producing new work, as well as some newer Alternative and Grunge bands that were gaining momentum during this Millennium Y2K Period. […] This one is called The Mad Scientist Laboratory. And who put it out? This is actually on Disneyland Records. Wow. And this is Chilling, Thrilling Sounds of the Haunted House. And my parents actually bought this album, so I remember this distinctly. Remember the cover, everything else, and we would put it out. The first side is kind of stories with some of these effects. And, yeah, these effects are very lame. I mean, you're going to start hearing just your kind of your typical stuff that you would hear in the 50s bad science fiction movie type stuff. And the second... half of that album are just side effects just you know side two side two yeah i actually had the album that was the disney's haunted mansion and so the entire like when you would go on the ride you would hear all these stories and see all these things and it was on an album and i remember like you listening to an album of Speaking of the Haunted Mansion, you've done the ride, correct? […]
