[…] And I'll never forget one of the stories she told me of, you know, teaching the kids that it's okay to say how you're feeling about a topic is totally fine and valid. And I think my favorite example to use, because it shows that then like really so many kids can participate in this, is there's a kid in her class whose family is considered a little scary to some of the other kids. And this 13-year-old boy was able to convey in a sharing circle of, I don't want people to be afraid of me. I want people to feel like they can be my friend and they can come talk to me without me.
