[…] And I think for me, probably when I first started learning how to chart my cycle, that was 2009, I was in college. And I didn't even know pelvic floor PT was a thing. And then you fast forward now almost 20 years. I'm like, okay, I'm looking at it and I'm seeing, gosh, I wish this is also information that was more common for women as they're preparing to conceive as they are pregnant and preparing for deliver. But then also postpartum, I just feel like I've heard a lot of women who even if they know there might be more options, they might be too overwhelmed to go for them at that point. But I don't think of women realize just how truly that there is much more support than I think we're made aware of sometimes. […]
