In this episode, we talk about what occupational balance is and how we are working towards becoming occupational therapists yet struggle with managing our own occupations day-to-day. We explore what affects occupational balance and the different ways we cope or work towards it. </p> <p>Spoiler alert: Mr. Pat makes a little appearance demonstrating the balancing act our super mom pod-sister, Tiffany, has to manage each day :) </p>
