00_When Healthcare Innovation/Integration works.

My name is Alberto, I live in Italy, where I am working in the healthcare and pharmaceutical communication space for a few years.

Luckily, or sadly, I've always been passionate about things that are greatly different once from each other. On one side healthcare, or the simplification of it: science. On the other side communication.

And a question that I've always asked is: how can greatly different skills, backgrounds skills, and mindsets come together in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space, in order to produce a consistent and practical benefit for the final users - the patients - as well as for the doctors and also for those who deliver the service. Finding this difficult balance and offer what is already expected is difficult enough. So how's it possibile to move it forward to new and better solutions in healthcare? Luckily new innovations, and amazing innovators, are shaping the healthcare industry. So let's start from there to start searching for a pattern.

Spoiler alert! A small hint could be in the title of the episode.
