You've heard my story, my truths of being a survivor of child sexual assault, of domestic violence and of sexual assault as an adult - you even heard that I am a survivor of suicide attempts, but this last truth was so surreal to me, something I could never understand why it happened, the way it happened, that I carried the shame longer and closer to me than in any of the other incidents. ...</p> <p>Thank you to my talented son, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/KyleRobertsFanPage/">Kyle Roberts,</a> for allowing me to use the song he wrote in my honor, For Posterity. <p>In this episode I interview my two sons, Justin and Kyle Roberts who were just 13 and 8 years old when the final attack of domestic violence in our family occurred.
