033. You Are the Medicine: Reclaiming Your Sovereignty and Health – with Julie Verfurth
What if there’s a power within you that can heal not only your body and life, but also the whole world?
Today’s guest is a true healer who is dedicated to assisting people in accessing this power.
Julie Verfurth has a 25 year background in naturopathic medicine and mind-body healing. She calls her work “sovereign self wayfinding,” or finding freedom from being in true alignment with one's Self. She assists people, especially women in their mid-life years, in accessing their higher selves for wisdom, healing, and direction in their lives. She believes that holding presence and reflecting your light back to you, as you work through your inner challenges and blocks and begin to reconnect with your infinite nature, is the way to equip you with the knowledge, courage, and trust to become your own best healer and guide.
I’ve personally been working with Julie for a few months now, and it has been a profound experience! Oftentimes when we go see a doctor or practitioner, they rarely have the skill or bandwidth to really connect with you and look at not only the symptoms but the entirety of who you are—mind, body, and spirit. But with Julie, you are being held in a completely different frequency. All parts of you feel seen and heard. You remember that you’re already whole, not broken. And under her guidance, you can begin to listen to the symptoms with curiosity and tenderness.
I keep telling Julie that she’s the doctor I wish everyone had, and I’m so excited to introduce her to you!
You will learn:
• Julie’s journey as a practitioner through naturopathic medicine, holistic counseling, and mind-body healing
• What sovereignty means and why it’s the key to healing
• Dr. Hew Len, the ancient Hawaiian healing practice of Ho’oponopono, and how one person can affect massive change around them
• Beyond symptoms: Resilience, courage, and deeper transformation in real people
• The new human era and the evolution of the collective consciousness
… and more!
