She spent 10 years working in the NHS and now runs a busy private practice in Taunton, Somerset and online. As well as 1-1 work Claire has an online programme for women who feel held back in life by anxiety, low self-esteem and associated patterns of behaviour like people-pleasing and perfectionism.
