Going At It Alone

<p>⁃Going at it alone is really the key; I had an awesome conversation with my big cousin’s wife and she recently shared with me the long version of how she met my cousin and ultimately their love story that led to their engagement and marriage. </p><p>⁃Her main point was that as a 27 year young woman I need to be going at it alone more often. Every time a man invites me out to something he’s doing, I can’t always bring a friend. Now, as someone who goes out alone often that wasn’t super difficult for me but there is something to be said about when you’re alone with a man and you’re not on a date but a pre date per say; an outing to see when the next date is happening or you know he wants you to meet his friends. </p><p>⁃That’s where I usually bring a friend or two but my cousins wife was like yeah no you need to go to those outings by yourself and ever since I’ve taken her advice things have gotten so much better.</p><p>⁃Recently, I’ve reciprocated interest in a man and he has been inviting me out events he curates and I’ve been going by myself or telling my friends to meet me an hour or so into the event. That’s allowed me to just have that much needed one on one time with him that’s no so formal as a date yet intentional conversation is being had and he doesn’t feel like he has to put on more than usual because my friends are present.</p><p></p><p><br/></p><p><a rel="payment" href="https://cash.app/$lilsnowbabe">Support the Show.</a></p>
