<p>Around 3am March 31st 1949 Ovida Coogler is last seen entering a car in Las Cruces, New Mexico. No one can agree on the description of the car. With so many nefarious men lurking and corrupt law enforcement it is a tall order for the press and the everyday men and women seeking justice for the popular waitress.
