Episode 1007: The Pyramid at the End of the World
<br /> <br /> <br /> A 5000 year old pyramid shows up overnight and the major armies of the world have different ideas on how to handle it. It’s up to the Doctor, Bill, and Nardole to discover its mysteries. But unknown to them, the real world-ending crisis is in a laboratory on the other side of the planet.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Bill and Penny’s first date is interrupted a second time but now by the United Nations Secretary General. Knowing the drill, Bill goes with him to meet The Doctor at the inexplicable pyramid. Nardole narrates for the blind Doctor the failed attempts by the Military to destroy the pyramid. Finally, the monks appear and tell them humanity is destroying itself at that very moment. The monks can save the Earth and protect it forever. All humanity needs to do is ask for help. The Doctor realizes there must be a catch and needs to find out their true intentions quickly.
