Cancelling a Launch & The Path of Least Resistance
I decided to pause a launch I was genuinely excited about. Here's why, what I've been learning about my own patterns, and how I'm choosing the path of least resistance.
In this mini podcast episode, I share an update on Get Your Mojo Back (GYMB), my Human Design coaching program, and the personal decision to pause enrollment while navigating uncertainty around my health and capacity.
Creating GYMB helped me reconnect with my excitement for teaching, writing, and sharing my perspective after a season of rest and rebuilding. But it also gave me an opportunity to notice an old pattern: pushing through, even when I know I need to slow down.
In this episode, we explore:
Why I decided to pause Get Your Mojo Back, even though I'm still excited about the program.
What it means to honour your capacity without seeing a change of plans as failure.
How people-pleasing and the pressure to follow through can make it difficult to step back.
Why Human Design can help us understand ourselves without becoming a rulebook for how we should live.
How launching a program gave my ideas direction, and what I've discovered about needing an offer to justify sharing my voice.
Why I'm experimenting with simpler ways to create, including mini podcast episodes and long-form writing on Substack.
The difference between a meaningful challenge and unnecessary resistance.

On the other side of fear
Inspired by a quote from Ted Lasso, this episode explores how fear, perfectionism, and the endless pursuit of self-awareness can sometimes keep us from actually living.
I’m sharing my own experiences with overpreparing, refining, and waiting until I feel ready, and reflecting on how personal development can sometimes become another way to postpone the things we want to do.
We’ll explore the role of fear, why confidence can come from taking action, and how to experiment with new possibilities without needing to know exactly how things will turn out.
I’ll also share how these ideas inspired Get Your Mojo Back, my live coaching experience where we use Human Design to explore the patterns, beliefs, and resistance that arise as we work towards one meaningful goal.
In this episode, we explore:
When self-awareness and personal development become ways to delay taking action.
How to work with fear instead of trying to eliminate it.
Why you don’t need to feel completely ready before you begin.
Making room for experimentation, curiosity, and unexpected possibilities.
Moving towards what matters without abandoning yourself in the process.
✨ Your invitation: What’s one thing you’ve been curious about that you could try without needing to know the outcome?
Because you won't know what’s on the other side until you give yourself the chance to find out.

I was my harshest judge
What if the person you're most afraid of being judged by is yourself?
In this episode, I’m reflecting on the patterns that have kept me hiding behind the scenes, from overpreparing and constantly refining my work to overextending myself to prove I’m good enough.
Through the lens of my Human Design, my experiences growing up as a first-generation immigrant and third-culture kid, and my journey of self-discovery, I explore how these patterns may have once helped me feel safe but can eventually keep us from creating the lives we want.
Because understanding why we hide is valuable. But what happens when we let ourselves be seen? What happens when we share our work before we’ve perfected every last detail?
This is a conversation about self-awareness, compassion, perfectionism, and learning to turn what we know about ourselves into new ways of living.
In this episode, we explore:
How our past experiences shape the way we show up today
The relationship between recognition, pressure, and proving our worth
When learning and preparation become ways to avoid being seen
Using Human Design to understand our patterns without becoming defined by them
Why self-awareness is a starting point, not the finish line
I’ll also share more about Get Your Mojo Back, my live coaching experience where we use Human Design to explore the patterns, beliefs, and resistance that arise as we work towards one meaningful goal.
