S1E6: Why are we talking about balls?
In our sixth episode of the podcast we have the usual catch ups on what we've been up to but we also talked about Davids Testicular Cancer journey and how it impacted our life at home. Natasha was the primary carer during the time David was being diagnosed and recovering. We share some of the funny moments that kept us entertained during a really strange time in life. There's the bath story and the wish we had that there would be a replacement ball the lights up. Talking about the story and the journey is something David does a lot to raise awareness but this episode share a bit more insight to the story behind closed doors and Natasha's experience too. We talk about how Natasha lost her mum to cancer in 2011. If you have any worries or concerns about testicular cancer or any type of cancer always seek medical assistance. The best thing anyone can do is know their body enough that if anything changes and is not getting better then you can do something about it most importantly talk to friends and family.
