[…] So, and you lose hours upon hours to it. So there are apps and devices that you could buy to kind of like, you know, lessen your time on the apps. You do have to like, find the discipline within yourself to actually do that and take a break. People like to uninstall the app sometimes and then reinstall it, all this stuff. It is one way that you could do things. The other way, when you post, what I used to like to do, especially on the YouTube side, I like to turn off the notifications. That way, I'm not seeing who and who is not liking things. I'm not seeing the comments and all that stuff. I fell into this trap where I felt that I needed to respond to every single person. […]
