<p><b>Born and raised in Guam until 25yrs old. Married to my amazing wife of 8yrs, Amy, and we have two energetic and loving kids (5yrs / 3yrs). Eric joined the Army reserves in January 2000 as a Military Police Officer at 17yrs old.</b></p><p><b>He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and was commissioned into active duty as an Apache aviator in 2005 with plans to retire from the Army in December 2023.</b></p><p><b>Eric purchased his first home in 2013 and used the VA loan on my first two properties. He currently owns 4 SFH in AL and NC and invested in his first LP syndication in June 2022.</b></p><p><b>Completed the Bigger Pockets multifamily boot camp and the Active-Duty Passive Income (ADPI) Military Multifamily Academy (MMA) in 2022. </b></p><p><b>In this episode, Eric gives advice to others looking or planning their limited partnership journey.
