<p>Een gesprek met de wijnmaker van Querciabella Manfred Ing en Giorgio Fragiacomo. Querciabella is al sinds 1988 biologisch gecertificeerd en was hiermee een van de eersten in Italië. Sinds 2000 werken zij zowel in Chianti als Maremma biodynamisch. Dit is onderdeel van hun gedachtegoed wat door beide heren mooi en gedetailleerd wordt uitgelegd.</p>
