   17. Embodied Feminine with Alanna Meredith.

Alanna Meredith ~ A Woman, Mother, Poet, Wild Water Swimmer. A partner, a mystic, a devotee and therapist. A podcast episode on Motherhood "a radical pathway to trusting the intuitive self". Belonging, connection to the land and living in a relational way as whole. This is for the Mothers, the "pilgrimages", the creatives and women dancing with the calls to attention inside while Mothering, hanging out the washing and staying connected to the Creative forces that are the anchors of all "rightful" living with Earth. This is one for the curious hearts, those honouring the Mystical Path with practical feet and living in Rhythm with the natural cycles and wisdoms. A conversation where Alanna graciously and open heartily shares her stories with pregnancy as a pathway to creative expression, language as a river to connection, depth and expansion. Her ongoing relationship with creativity. A developing relationship with her Ancestors and God, as a Poet and Women, Daughter, Granddaughter and Mother living precious days. A beautiful conversation, Touching on the mysterious forces of love, and wisdom sharing "Everyone has this sage like wisdom and that to be a monster all in one body. We all have that; and it's a choice, and what we devote our life too". A podcast on practices of love with Themes of oneness, wholeness, unity and forgiveness. I've personally sat with the themes of this podcast in contemplation and reflection myself since we recorded the episode nearly two and a half months ago. I wanted to ask Alanna her reflections on "Love" `What is it? Is it something we are, we do? Do we Love or are we Love for another? Do we love because of how it makes us feel or what we receive or both? Something else? . . . Cultures have 1000"s of words for Love, Alanna shares some of her definition and view ponts. Alanna spoke about her journey learning to assimilate her embodied experience with mind and articulation. I also ask Alanna about the "Path of the Feminine" which is elaborated on in the episode. When starting a new series of the podcast in my own Motherhood journey, I had a number of names come to mind that I sensed would awe my intellect and heart in a direction of widened perspective, encounters and curiosity. The "experience is in the experience" of listening and being with your whole self. If you have reflections on your experience of listening and wish to share please email me at wildbeautyways@gmail.com (mailto:wildbeautyways@gmail.com) or Alanna at https://www.alannameredith.com/ (https://www.alannameredith.com/) When I say a great honour it was to sit with Alanna you'll understand why when you listen to the grounded unfolding and weaving of Alanna's stories. It's a great joy to sit in a space where questions of a specific nature can be asked to reveal depths and undercurrents of a stories that we may not otherwise be inspired and moved by, for they may stay hidden in dark spaces within, forever awaiting the light of fire to spark and presence the seed of creation open. Stories have a huge capacity to shift our internal connection to ourselves and the world around us. May the Wild Beauty Ways podcast be an invite to wholeness, reverence, the impetus of your creation and symbology of nature's cycles living within you. The call of your creation, your ecological belonging in the greater and smaller ways of things and the preciousness of life. May the Wild Beauty Ways podcast be an invite to ask those around you questions of depth and revelation. 16. Mothers, Women, the archetypal Mother & the greater Mother that holds us all, with Lucy St Jack.

A podcast episode with Lucy St Jack, inspired by her “Mother Circle” 8 week offering I attended last year while pregnant with our first little bubba. The grounded, palpable inspiration she was offering this event from, was something I (was deeply moved by & informed some of my birthing journey & anchors in early postpartum) and, I wanted to explore more of, hear her story & give you the chance to, too! This is a conversation about the health of Women & Mothers. The background over culture & mother culture that is our intergenerational task to have impactful conversations & actions about to benefit, our Mothers, women, children and the greater Mother of the Earth that holds us all, and our care for the greater archetypal Mother. This is a conversation were Lucy shares her story about why & how she shows up the way she does, her journey with movement, health, Mothering & her observations of the places she lives. We’re asking the questions & answering them about how we allow for the female form and various cycles in this current day & age. This is a conversation about belonging; to ourselves, place, cycles, Earth & community. There is so much more in this podcast episode; The nervous system, boundaries, bridging the heart, body & brain communication language system to increase our capacities to respond, communicate & live in this current relational world we do. How do we put language to our experiences? first and foremost for ourselves. As Lucy highlights there is something subtle yet effervescent when we make contact with these deeper places within us, that then ripple out to have impact. It was an honour to sit with Lucy by the fire, on a windy winter, cloudy morning with the White Gum Eucalyptus swaying in the background. Opening ourselves up to be moved by story. When she left our abode, I could feel the whispering to my bones, it will yours too. The experience is within the experience of the podcast episode - We’d love to hear your feedback and listening experience! Please do let us know what the episode moved in you, and moved through you. You can do that here on Spotify or email me at wildbeautyways@gmail.com It’s still winter, and though there is an energy moving at the pace broad beans grow I can feel the fire of spring, the spring of lambs & regenerative growth that follows the shedding of Autumn & the deep rooting of Winter. Lucy drove down the gravel drive, two Wedge-tailed eagles soaring overhead. Story truly is medicine when told, felt & received! May you “come closer in” as an invite from this conversation; To yourself, the current of what truly matters and what it means to live life. Lucy is the President & Founder of the Huon Women’s Health Collective a not-for-profit organisation that supports the women of Southern Tasmania to thrive; improving accessibility to services, health literacy and wellness. Director & Founder of CAM Connect a bi-annual networking sessions for complementary and alternative medicine providers. Weaving ancient wisdom with modern science, with a background in Health Science & Naturopathy offering sessions & supports for “all things women” - PCOS, Fatigue, Parental burnout, hormonal imbalances, anxiety. As well as her community centred health initiative & advocacy. She truly does “specialise in systems thinking, integration, and holistic innovation—with a focus on equity and real-world impact”. A podcast series born from the brewings during my first early postpartum experience. Wild Beauty Ways podcast is a small ground up podcast, with a new series born out of birthing my first Son; so too it is the birth of a Mother when a child is born, and new calls to attention. One layer being (of course I'm always moved by story) having conversations about the human existence, motherhood, matrescence, the way of the feminine, deep listening, the nervous system, poetry, empowering our children . With local women of my community . The wisdom is here all around, and in each of us.

5 "Activate Your Wild Soul Truth; Wild Women"

The Wild Women is an Archetypal Energy, a Collective Consciousness and Sacred Expression of your Truest Unconditioned Wildest Hearts Calling and deeply inbeded Wisdom welcomming you home to your "One Wild and Precious Life". She is in constant spiraling, reviewing and honouring. Unraveling from the conditioned and collectively imposed self. She can unshakle and express her Truth without debilitating fear - She has learnt the lessons, experinced the challenges and made sacrifices that made her reflect on her Truth Being. She knows the endurament feeling vulnerable in her Truth is no suffering compared to living her life half hearted. The Wild Women is one of the Four Phases and Cycles of the Feminine. She is associated with Autumn; metaphorically symbolic within as with as the Trees drop their leaves. She too drops her limiting beliefs, outdated stories and self sabourtarging patterns. She returns time and time again to her lessons. She drops into her Essence and takes action. Her Essence is no Etherial thing, it is her being in the physical. Even moment she brings her Medicine forward; For her and for the collective. I've felt called to honour the end of Autumn with this spontaneous episode today. I've worked with the Wild Women within for 8 months, Initially theoretically starting 3 years ago reading books, text and literature. Now jouneying and exploring through the felt sense of my inner Wild Women, her innate unconscious competency and the Wild Territory within calling me home. The Wild Women is Brave. The Wild Women is uncharted Territory. The growing grows with the knowing and too remains the continuation of her Mystery. What 3 qualities of your True authentic passionate self have you discovered and expressed more of lately? What 3 qualities and characteristic of your self have you been holding back on expressing? What 3 qualities and characteristics have you been expressing that are not your Truth? Reflect, and know each time you journal and set intention your future truth opens up; you do the work and let the change unfold before you with each inspired step of Truth, Heart and renewal. My prayer is that you rise into your power, That you recomit to you Inner Authentic Essence.

    1. Igniting the Mindful Life

Let us lovingly open to the mystery and souls calling through Meditation and The Mindful Life. Knowing that we do not hear guidance or longing without part of us knowing it is possible. I speak with Grace Di Martinio about what has got her CURIOUS in the current climate of Covid-19, What MEDITATION is, the CORE of her BEING & influence/GRATITUDE she has for her philosophical parents, her role as a Yoga, meditation and Life Coach, what her next EVOLUTION is and what ADVICE she'd give to her self ten years ago. I first met Grace 10 years ago in the Bikram room, she is a guiding, humble and wise light for me. We shared space recording this episode while the Sun was rising and the birds sang from her backyard. LOVE through space distance and time Wild Hearts. Grace 👣⛰🏵💚
