<p>To truly understand the biology of the body, we need to tap into the unknown, the unseen that carries the energy we call life and death.</p> <p>In this podcast segment, I am going to explain the death/life concept simplistically and in a manner you would never think of which will by the way, take the stinger out of the word death and make it shall I say, a bit more inviting, more comforting.</p> <p>Why are we afraid of something we know nothing about?</p> <p>Our assumption of death is based on fear because we do not understand it.</p> <p>Little do we know, the process of death and life occurs everyday as an automatic response of the biology of the body and it doesn’t ask for help.</p> <p>If your goal is to live a healthy long life, then we need to understand what promotes life.</p> <p>Consciousness is the tool we must use to reassemble our thoughts of the way we think regarding the death/life cycle.</p> <p>Fear not the word death for there is nothing to fear. Life exists as you know it through death .</p> <p>Let’s dive into this magical place and explore the gift it has to offer us, LIFE. </p>
