Ep. 66: The Question that Changes Everything

In this short solo episode, I explore the powerful question: "What if?"

I share how this simple question has become a portal into possibility, expansion, and a more hopeful way of seeing ourselves and the world.

I reflect on our deep human need to be truly seen - not just for what we do, but for who we are beneath the roles, responsibilities, and stories we carry.

I invite listeners to reconnect with the wise, soulful part of themselves that already knows who they are and where they are being guided.

This episode is also a reminder that many of the limiting stories we tell ourselves simply aren't true. Beneath the self-doubt, conditioning, and mental clutter is a capable, powerful human being whose greatness is already shining through.

I share the inspiration behind my upcoming What If: A Portal of Possibility experience and why I intentionally surround myself with messages that remind me of possibility, magic, joy, and the deeper truth of who we are.

This is an invitation to:

Remember your own greatness.

Cultivate self-love and self-compassion.

Notice the magic and synchronicities around you.

See beyond separation and reconnect with our shared humanity.

Ask bigger questions about what might be possible for your life.

A gentle reminder that this one wild and precious life is here to be experienced fully and that possibility may be much closer than you think.

If you're keen to get started or continue letting go and decluttering in your home, I have something for you that you'll love:

✨ Free Guide to Help You Start Decluttering: A Gentle Guide for Simplifying Your Home

Download my free guide here

As always, I’d love to hear your reflections on this episode.

You can message me on Instagram @wildsimplicity or email me at hello@annaday.ie. Ep. 65: What If The Story Isn't True?

In this episode, I explore the power of identity and how we can consciously shift who we are being in the world. I share my morning practice of capturing unfiltered insights in the space between sleep and waking, why dancing has become a powerful tool for changing my state, and how our lives are often shaped by stories we've unknowingly accepted as truth.

We dive into subconscious patterns, Peter Crone's concept of constraints, future-self work, intuition, embodiment, and the importance of creating space for inspiration to emerge. This episode is an invitation to question what's limiting you, follow the seemingly nonsensical nudges of your intuition, and begin revealing the truest version of yourself beneath the layers of conditioning.

If you've been feeling stuck, disconnected, or constrained by old identities, this conversation is a reminder that anything is possible when you stop believing every story your mind tells you.

Here's the playlist I have been dancing to:

https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1EIfTDstECQIP6?si=pyxPUSHYRn2xvJv7seC31Q

If you'd like to join my free masterclass on June 17th at 8pm you can register here:

https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/Ft-9CLxIQR61vZPNpJVq6Q#/registration

To dive deeper into simplicity and decluttering check out my masterclass Wild Simplicity: The First Step, which is available now on my website and in my Instagram bio.

Ep. 64: Triggers Lead to Treasure

Before recording this episode, I received an activating phone call that nearly knocked me off course. Instead of letting it derail my whole day - which is exactly what would have happened in the past - I used my somatic tools: I shook it out, danced to some music, and read one of my astrology-based pep talks. That process reminded me of something important: we always have the power to come back to ourselves, even when life tries to pull us under.

From there I talked about the daily Instagram reels I've been committed to - not for the algorithm, not for follower counts, but to build safety in my own system and keep practising self-expression. I create them off the app using Instagram Edits so I'm not pulled into the scroll vortex, which is something I've learned the hard way protects my energy and creative focus.

I spoke about the lies our subconscious runs on - the stories that keep us small, the people-pleasing, the shame - and how our physical environment mirrors all of it. I even showed the messy work basket that's been on my to-do list forever, as a live example of unshaming ourselves and seeing clutter as information rather than failure. The inner and outer worlds are always reflecting each other.

I ended with a challenge: this week, either declutter one small area of your home, or do one brave thing to express yourself - because interrupting your brain's default patterns, however gently, is where the magic starts.
