   endings. mystery. and darkness.

Happy Hallowtide (https://wildsoulcollective.substack.com/p/the-hallowtide-portal?utm_source=publication-search). The magic of Samhain, Halloween, and All Saint’s Day is finally here. And it just so happens that, this year, the three days of Hallowtide fall on a weekend, giving deep portal vibes. We enter the weekend on All Hallow’s Eve with mischief and magic, move through celebration of the ending of the harvest with Samhain, and close the weekend with a remembrance of our beloved dead. And, then, we are invited into the deep, dark mood of November as we transition into winter. For this Hallowtide, I want to focus on three things: endings, mystery, and darkness. Join me as I share my thoughts on this potent, magical, mysterious three day period. It is a time to mark the shifting of the seasons, the passage of time, and necessity of death in the life-death-rebirth cycle. It is a chance to celebrate life, make a little mischief, embrace the grief of loss, start the preparations for winter, and remember that with every ending, there is a quiet, silent, dark, new beginning. Here’s to a Happy Halloween, a Blessed Samhain, and a Holy All Saint’s Day. May you be surrounded by love, warmth, magic, and wonder on this most sacred and hallowed weekend. xoxo. liz. Hello you, Happy May! Join me in this month's podcast as I reflect on April's gifts, celebrate the turning of the wheel of the year with the ancient festival of Beltane, tap into the free-spirited, earthy energy of May, and share a few thoughts on finding joy as we move into the summer half of the year. What a great time to discover and channel our inner, wild, earth godess! xoxo. liz. ____________________ My instagram account: liz.wsc (https://www.instagram.com/liz.wsc/) The Wheel of the Year (https://www.rebeccabeattie.co.uk/nature-s-enchantment-wheel-of-the-year)by Rebecca Beattie This is a public episode. how to be an autumn girl and a spring lover at the same time

Hello, friend. How do we live slowly while also letting each day be fully lived? The age old battle of an autumn girl in the middle of spring - even when she’s loving and living spring much more deeply for a change. And, I think that this is exactly what I need to tend to as April slowly begins to wind down. Figuring out how to live in the energy of the season, while still being true to my moody, slow soul. Is there a way to hold space for both at the same time? Is there a way to be both an autumn soul and a spring lover? Let's explore all of this on the podcast today. "Solitude is not an absence of energy or action, as some believe, but is rather a boon of wild provisions transmitted to us from the soul. In ancient times, as recorded by physician-healers, religious and mystics, purposeful solitude was both palliative and preventative.” Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés. xoxo. liz.
