Thanks for joining me at the Wild Violet Healing podcast. This is my little corner where I can share my studies and you can see if it resonates with you. My topics will vary - a little nod to my ADHD viewpoint of the world. I intend to talk about my interests and how they can help improve my life and potentially yours. Welcome to today's episode! This is a journey style meditation that calls upon your imagination and inner knowing. I guide you to a safe, sacred space where you can meet or call upon your guides in whatever form that may be. Ancestors, spirit animals, spirit guides, the Divine, deities, your Higher Self, past or future versions of yourself. All are welcome and any may be found in this guided practice.
Samhain is a season, not just the first night when the Veil is thinnest, so come back to this practice again and again.
