data-flag="normal"><span>江苏人都习惯于到更高能级的城市，而离我们最近的</span><span>大城市就是</span><span>南京了。</span><span>南京也有很多的徐州人，所以他最终选择定居南京。后来因为工作原因</span><span>，经常到处跑，</span><span>一直在外面漂，最终选择离家相对较近的淮安。当然，毕竟不是在同一个城市，还是免不了要经常奔波，他习惯于坐高铁回南京，不过这两年因为疫情，更多的是开车。在单休的情况下，依然坚持每周回家，在周六晚上出发，在周日晚上或者周一早上4点起床回到淮安，一路辛劳。</span></p><span><br></span><span></span><span></span><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;"><span>他嘱咐新员工：</span><span>先了解企业的文化</span>，只有先了解企业这个文化，你才能带着这个文化不断的去深入工作中的点点滴滴。<span>其次就是多听少说</span>，多听的目的多学习，要去学现场设备怎么用，要去学我们养殖，我们现场是怎样去管理，怎样去操作的。开始的时候少说，也是为了减少自己的误判，影响工作的进度。其实我们每个人加入全稳，一定要把全稳当成一个家来看待。只有把全稳当成一个大家庭，才会全身心的投入我们的建设当中，才能投入我们轰轰烈烈的生产当中。全稳的一点一滴都是大家的努力构筑的，每个部门的点滴付出滋养起了参天大树。</p><span><br></span><br>
