[…] Maybe too many different choices. Too many options. Too many options is usually the problem. But I do think that a Rioja, I'm going to drink. A Rioja is a really good holiday pairing wine. And I chose this for this episode because I think, yeah, right? Good. Kind of leathery, spicy, fruity. But like, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This is a wine. We do a lot of roasts. We do mostly for like Thanksgiving and for Christmas. It's like a big roast of something and then like all the sides around it. It's fairly traditional, but with lots of fun other things. And this is a good roast wine. So anytime you've got Rioja on the table, especially a reserva like this, it's a good opportunity to bring out the meats that have taken a long time in the way that this wine has. […]
