Waarom "gewoon rijden" niet werkt als je bang bent - 115
<p>Anderhalf jaar geleden durfde Wendy thuis geen cavaletti meer te springen. Haar lijf verstijfde zodra er een balkje lag. Ze zag haar afstand niet, wist zeker dat ze zou vallen en stopte opnieuw. Met de juiste mindset technieken bouwde ze dat langzaam weer op. Balkjes, kruisje, steiltje, oxer. Ze kwam terug. Nu rijdt ze met een big smile.</p><p><br></p><p>Deze aflevering gaat over wat ze in dat proces leerde over gedachten, vertrouwen en jezelf opnieuw opbouwen. Wendy is eerlijk over de ups en downs, over te snel gaan en over luisteren naar de verkeerde mensen. En over wat nou maakte dat ze nu weer met een big smile rijdt.</p>

"Mijn lesgever zei: jij bent nu een hele andere ruiter" met Hester - 114
<p>Hester stapte bijna twee jaar lang op met één gedachte: dit gaat fout. Op wedstrijd reed ze doeloze rondjes. Thuis zag ze windkracht 4 op Buienradar en besloot ze niet te rijden. Tot ze zich aanmeldde voor Fearless omdat ze helemaal klaar was met haar angst.</p><p>Vier maanden later is de paniek weg. De bel-angst ook trouwens. Ze zadelt op zonder stress, rijdt bij wind, en haar lesgever zegt letterlijk: "Jij bent een heel ander iemand."
