It&#39;s the story running underneath it.</p><p><br></p><p>This is the replay of our Midweek Momentum call where we finished what we started Saturday. </p><p><br></p><p>We dug up the beliefs quietly running the show. The &quot;I don&#39;t have time.&quot; The &quot;I&#39;m too old, my metabolism&#39;s shot.&quot;</p><p><br></p><p>Then we sat in what those beliefs actually cost you. Not in a vibey way.
