Schule - ein Ort der verschwendeten Potenziale?
<p>“Manchmal zweifelt man an seinen eigenen Fähigkeiten…obwohl man das eigentlich alles schaffen kann.“</p> <p>Wenn die Schule dem Schüler das Gefühl vermittelt, sich nicht frei entfalten zu können, dann ist es an der Zeit, etwas zu verändern, denn so begraben wir im Zweifelsfall ungeahnte Potenziale für immer. Wenn Schüler die Schule mit den Worten „rücksichtslos“, „überholt“, „Katastrophe“ oder „veraltet“ beschreiben, dann sollten wir anfangen umzudenken.</p> <p>Umdenken tun Franziska (Studentin der Medizin im 1. Semester, 18 Jahre), Tom (Schüler einer STS in der 9. Klasse, 15 Jahre) und Kian (Schüler der 9. Klasse am Gymnasium, 15 Jahre) in diesem Podcast. Sie berichten, was sie frustriert, was sie sich von der Schule wünschten – und auf welche Weise sie persönlich die Herausforderungen angegangen sind. In unser Gespräch beziehen wir auch die Sichtweisen anderer Schüler mit ein, die wir vorab in einer Instagram-Umfrage eingeholt haben. Eine authentische, differenzierte Analyse des bestehenden Schulsystems aus Schülersicht, die über individuelle Erfahrungen hinausgeht, nachdenklich stimmt – aber auch Mut macht. Denn alle drei haben Vorschläge, wie man die individuellen Stärken des Einzelnen nachhaltig fördern könnte.</p> <p>Dies ist eine Podcast-Sonderreihe zum Thema Schule von Franziska, Kian und Tom.
