Herzlich willkommen auf der Seite " Wir sind nicht anders". Mein Name ist Jörg und ich starte einen Podcast in dem es darum geht, über die verschiedenen Erkrankungen aufzuklären, um Betroffene und Angehörige oder auch nicht Betroffene zu unterstützen. Die Themen werden sein: - Psychische Erkrankungen ( wie Depressionen, Traumata, Borderline, Ängste und PTBS ) - Sucht - Hormonelle / körperliche Erkrankungen und Psyche - Familie und Freunde - Arbeitsmarkt - Gewalt Warum wir so sind, was in uns abgeht aber auch wie wir da herauskommen können. Denn es kann jeden treffen. Und in dieser Zeit ist es einfach wichtig Hilfe und Unterstützung zu bekommen aber auch den Mut zu haben nach Hilfe zu fragen. Wo und an wen wende ich mich. In den nächsten Tagen werde ich auf die meisten Erkrankungen näher eingehen. Mein Name ist Jörg und ich starte einen Podcast in dem es darum geht, über die verschiedenen Erkrankungen aufzuklären, um Betroffene und Angehörige oder auch nicht Betroffene zu unterstützen. Die Themen werden sein:
