Happy New Year! After a bit of a hiatus, I am so glad to be back speaking with ya'll. In this episode, I talk about a session I attended at the 2025 ACTFL Conference. The session was co-led by Dr. Trina Montano and Dr. LJ Randolph! The title was Liberation, Joy, and Creative Resistance in the Language Classroom. Their session centers on going "deeper" with picture talk, and what that can look like in your classroom.
