The co-host, Clay Maranville, is a college kid who has benefited from having Betsy as a boss and mentor. He wants other young people to jump into the conversation, so they can consider what it means to live into who they are. Learning How to Say No
How often do we respond to the question, how was your week with busy? We feel that it is more often than not and today we get into why that is the case. It comes down to our identity in that we do not want to disappoint others by saying no to their requests. Betsy gets us to realize that saying no is needed and there should not be any hard feelings toward those who may not have the time or energy for us in the moment. She also shows a side of her that we never saw coming.
