In graduate school, Emily was particularly interested in the behavioral effects of social comparison and of “the impostor phenomenon’. </p> <p>She has nearly two decades of experience building and implementing statistical models and has helped institutions of all sizes, type, and selectivity use model results to address their biggest challenges in real time. Prior to co-founding HAI Analytics, Emily served as the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management Services at Maguire Associates. In this position, Emily led the company’s predictive modeling division and was a member of the senior leadership team at the company.
