About Wise Up!

Welcome to a podcast for curious minds. If you're drawn to healing, neurodivergence, grace, spirituality, the search for home, and the magic of being human, you’ll feel right at home here. This is a treasure box of wisdom gathered from people on their own paths of healing, transformation, and becoming. Together, we explore what it really means to live on this earth. I sit down with friends, family, coaches, teachers, artists, and other beautiful humans as they share their stories and passions: from cats and DIY projects to Chinese medicine, creativity, and the wild, wonderful mess of being alive. It’s a bit like Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates; you never quite know what you’re going to get. But at the heart of it all is a red thread, an ever-growing inventory of insights into the art of living. Think of each episode as a new pair of coloured glasses: rose, green, purple. A kaleidoscope of ideas and perspectives. If you’re someone who learns best through story, through many angles and layers, this podcast is for you. So get comfy. Come as you are. And enjoy. 💌 Know someone who’d be a perfect guest? Maybe it’s you? I’d love to hear from you: tahliawenban@gmail.com
