THE POWER OF PATIENCE.
“Life is not rushing, so why are you?” Sometimes we place so much emphasis on the future and we forget to pay attention to everything we are creating in the present moment and everything we have already created for ourselves. Patience shows trust in your divine plan. Continue to remain certain that everything falls in alignment at the time it is destined. There is no need to rush, only trust.

Reconstruct your mind with positivity and love. Increase your awareness around your words and thoughts and take back control. Release all the negative thoughts and self destructive patterns that no longer serve you. Sitting in silence allows you to connect with your inner dialogue so that you are able to move forth with clarity. In the book, “The Sacred Woman” by Queen Afua, sacred silence is emphasized to create peace from all of the turbulence that occurs within the mind. Connect with nature and observe the beauty around you and understand it is all a reflection of your inner being. Find peace in the silence and understand that detachment creates purity.
