This Podcast is all about the importance of respecting yourself in order to love yourself. How self respect leads to the love of self through how you feel about yourself. How you don't allow anyone to treat you in a kind of way because of your flaws, imperfections, or mistakes? How we need to stop putting other people's wants and needs before? How we need to stop trying to bring other people to our levels? Why we need to stop trying to lower our standards in order to be in the in crowd? How negative people should not get us to where we are doubting ourselves and feelings less than what we are? How we allow these negative people to lower our self esteem, self worth, self values, self confidence, and believing in ourselves? How we should base ourselves more on what we think about ourselves versus what other people think about us? I hope that you guys enjoy this Podcast. In this episode, I talk about self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self-love, self-confidence, and you believe in yourself when it comes to overcoming death and grief. I just lost my father on February 12 of 2026, and I wanted to discuss how death can impact a person‘s self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self self-respect, self love, self-confidence, and you believe in yourself because the people that you love when it comes to your parents, family, children, spouses, and close friends are gone, that believed in you. The people that supported, loved, and believed in you when no one else did are gone. The people that when everybody else put you down and made you feel less than, uplift you and are your biggest cheerleaders when it comes to the things that you do are no longer here physically. How do you move forward when your biggest protectors, and supporters are gone? The people that saved you from all the negative people that were destroying your life are no longer here physically. when it comes to healing and recovery when it comes to grief and death, it’s a little bit different than the other healing and recovery that I have discussed. So I just wanted to come on here, and let you guys know how I’m coping with my healing recovery process when it comes to losing my father. What I’m learning from the death of my father that is changing the way I go about living my life now. And how me and my family are moving forward since the loss of my father? It certainly hasn’t been a very easy journey, but I’m just taking things one day at a time. so I hope this episode really helps other people that are going through grief when it comes to losing a love one and death, that you’re not alone. Episode 64- My pre-conversation with Stephen Edwards about the Venus Fly Trap: Sex, Lies, and Repercussions.

In this episode, I contunied part 2 of the conversation with Stephen Edwards about the Venus Fly Trap: Sex, Lies, and Repercussions.book that he wrote. We talked about how we end up in the Venus fly trap in the first place when it comes to negative situations. We also talked about the pitfalls that we will face that will keep you stagnet, in fear, doubt, and keep you still and from reaching your goals. We talk about the lies and misconceptions when comes to sex, love, and relatiohsips. The misconceptions when come to how people look at sex and relationships. We talked about pain and how we run fun what we are afraid of, suffering and trauma in stead of facing it. We talked about the book when it comes to the characters of the book as far how they respresents him and the women that he dated and the toxic relationship that they had. How she represented the venus fly trap that is her favorite flower? How the flowers that you like can represent the spiritual verson of yourself? The difference between the person that you though that they were and the person that they truly are. We spoke the way men think vs the way women thnk and are raised. Why do we lower ourselves in order to build other people up even it destroys them? Why do we stay in relationship that we are not meant to be on, or are abusive, and toxic? Why it is importance to trust our gut instincts, intuition, and spiritual feelings when it comes to when comes to who you bring in your life, and how they will impact and affect your life negatively? We also spoke on relationships, emotional growth, self-awareness, accountability, and personal transformation, we would genuinely appreciate an introduction or referral. We’re especially looking to connect with hosts who enjoy honest and reflective discussions with depth and authenticity. If you want to reach him, you can reach him at VFT23Publishing LLC, and vft23.com.
