Welcome back to Within Ourselves. It’s been a minute, and that feels fitting.
In this episode, I’m not catching you up. I’m looking ahead. A month into 2026, I’ve been reflecting on how this year feels. More existential (lol), more grounded, and less about reinvention. For the first time, I don’t feel the need to change myself, just to level up.
I share my mantra for the year and what that means to me. Choosing alignment over approval, shedding what no longer fits, romanticizing daily life, building self-trust, and moving with quiet confidence.
I also walk through a few intentions for the year, from creativity, fitness, and finances to home projects, volunteering, and finally doing something that’s been on my bucket list for years.
However this year feels for you, I hope this episode inspires you to move through it with intention. Go be your favorite self.
