The one where I say Frequency

On today's solo cast, I say hello after a very long slumber. I break down the vibrations that we keep and how they can shift our realities at any given moment. Does this actually work for the elevation of manifestation, or do we have contracts before we come here that may play a role ? Either way, bringing about a higher frequency is always warranted. Be prepared for a a lot of this word and a sneak peak to where we are swimming next as we continue to dive deep on this journey together. Thank you for being here.

    Open Your Eyes

On today's solo cast, I analyze consciousness. Of course consciousness is a broad subject, however, we explore how it can relate to our lives and may aid us in choosing the more balanced path given in a situation. Below, I've listed a few ways to step into your own consciousness that have worked for me along my journey. 1- Walk into nature. Sit in a place where you feel inspired. Observe what is happening. Is it a buzzing bee collecting spring pollen off a flower ? Or, Is it a flowing crick that you are working with ? You choose. 2- When in a situation in public that may bring on anxiety, focus on one small happening. Is it a child talking to their mom? Is it a store clerk going out of their way to help a person who needs them ? Again, you choose. Observation is a beautiful way to tap into your own system. 3- When I am in a location with people I don't know, I'll excuse myself to the bathroom. When you can, go the bathroom and do some mini mirror work. What does that look like ? If it's a private bathroom, you can gaze into the mirror in private and claim your affirmation. I love to use "I am brave" Gaze into the mirror and recite your affirmation while staring deep into your eyes. If its shared, say it to yourself. 4- Which leads into the next one: mirror work. Find a 10 minute period of time, and gaze into your eyes. Feel the depth of your own soul. Recite your affirmations. Observe every inch of yourself. Tell every part that you love it. All the parts. Be with yourself. 5- Breath work. Have you ever heard of the 4-7-8 ? This one is also excellent. When consciously tapping into the breath you can inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. Do this for as long as needed. Another breathing process I love is the 1 minute breath. How that works technically is 20 second inhale, 20 second hold, and 20 second exhale. This is tough, so you can also break down to whatever increment that works for you for 3 minutes total, just as long as each inhale, exhale and hold is the same time. So for example, I inhale, hold and exhale with a 10 second increment. I hope that some of these help aid in your journey into your own conscious experience. Supreme Being

Hello beautiful people, and thank you for allowing me a much needed hiatus to recollect myself and to be fully present within. This has allowed new downloads to come through with many new tings to be chatted about. Stand by!!! With that, on today’s solo cast we delve into the portal on consciousness and how we see it show up in our lives. Our sovereignty is being compromised around us and it is our path to set anyone straight who questions what you do and don’t do with your own temple. Also, I’ve included an intro of information on this ground breaking company I manifested. This company is SO divine! For starters, as of 2020, they are completely plastic free and compostable. The most stand out research I’ve found out of it, is the focal point being the most important: the soil. You see we don’t seem to be too worried about the lack of nutrients in our soil and how it has depleted dramatically in the last 50+ years. I am currently on the 30 day transformation and haven’t felt this good in ages, if ever. I’ver included my personal Instagram below along with my discount code and the Purium website. Feel free to reach out with ANY questions. I am happy to answer them ALL. Also, write nutrition or Purium in the subject so I know what it entails. :) QUESTIONS: My personal instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ashjmoze/ (https://www.instagram.com/ashjmoze/) 30 DAY TRANSFORMATION: https://ishoppurium.com/pages/lifestyle-transformation (https://ishoppurium.com/pages/lifestyle-transformation) $50 OFF DISCOUNT CODE FOR PURIUM: WITHINTHELIGHT
