what makes a *cool* person?
in today’s episode we talk about what makes someone a cool person? I have come up with a list of 14 points (which I’ve already thought of how I could expand on while editing the episode but alas). none of them include being nonchalant and too good for anything, and the points get more and more specific as I go down the list, but that’s the fun of it all!
in the end, it all comes down to being kind and authentic, in my opinion.
here are the two podcast episodes that inspired me:
I hope you enjoyed, and I would love to hear any and all feedback and opinions from you guys on the topic of *coolness*.
until next time,

as I continue on with my theme of authenticity for 2025, I’ve compiled a list of 13 things that can help me and you and us to get to know ourselves better + I added some practical writing exercises that you can do right after listening to this for my paid subscribers. I hope you enjoy and here’s an outline of this episode:
* define who you are not first, before you define who you are
* correct people when they get things wrong about you
* do things in your own time
* try new things and be okay with being bad at first
* set boundaries and be brave about enforcing them
* pay attention to things that have stayed consistent about you throughout most or all of your life
* pay attention to which things and people make you feel bad
* get comfortable with silence and solitude
* notice your habits - cultivate the good ones and correct the bad ones
* allow room for change, because it is inevitable
* journal and document your life (see episode 004 (https://treadcarefullyy.substack.com/p/the-art-of-documenting-your-life?r=3uqruh))
* curate your consumption of digital and physical media / objects
