As we continue November's theme of COMPLETION at A Seat at the Queen's Table, we're going deeper into the difference between helping and taking over, faithfulness and exhaustion, surrender and control.
Because here's something we must understand: Just because something is still happening doesn't mean God is requiring us to carry it the same way we've always carried it.
And what happened at the Table made this conversation even more meaningful.
Women began examining their own expectations, recognizing where they'd taken responsibility for someone else's assignment, and discovering the freedom of doing their part without trying to control the outcome. We also heard a powerful testimony of answered prayer after years of waiting—a reminder that faithfulness and surrender can coexist, even when the journey is long.
The conversation moved beyond what we're carrying to something even more personal:
What is God revealing about us through the way we're carrying it?
From the weight of caregiving to decades of faithful prayer, from the desire to make everything right to the joy of seeing prayers answered, this conversation reminds us that surrender doesn't mean abandoning responsibility. It means submitting our responsibility to God's authority.
Grounded in James 1:4, Galatians 6:2–5, 2 Corinthians 12:9, and 1 Peter 5:7, this Heart Share challenges us to discern what to continue, what to adjust, what to release, and what to place back into God's hands.
Because completion isn't about proving how much we can carry. It's about remaining faithful to what God has actually assigned.

COMPLETION: Who Said It Was Finished? | When Being Tired Isn't the Same as Being Done
Just because you're tired doesn't mean you're finished. And just because something is finished doesn't necessarily mean the assignment is complete.
So who said it was finished?
As we open November's theme of COMPLETION at A Seat at the Queen's Table, we're challenging the way we define what it means to be done.
Using Genesis 2:2–3, we examine the difference between finishing a task and faithfully fulfilling what God has entrusted to us.
Because completion isn't about checking boxes, meeting deadlines, or pushing ourselves to exhaustion. It's about discerning God's direction, stewarding our assignments, and recognizing when He's calling us to continue, rest, release, or surrender.
And this conversation goes beyond the teaching! Through personal testimonies, honest reflection, and heartfelt encouragement, we're reminded that not every need is our assignment, not every delay is failure, and not every difficult season is ours to walk away from.
This month's Heart Check begins with three questions:
Am I defining completion by God's direction or my own expectations?
Am I calling something finished simply because I'm tired, frustrated, or uncomfortable?
Am I continuing to carry something without asking God whether it's still mine to carry?
Completion isn't determined by how much we've done. It's determined by whether we've been faithful to what God assigned.

MATURITY: The Evidence Is in the Becoming
Subtitle: Closing October. Preparing for Completion.
We spent October talking about MATURITY. But as we gathered for our final Heart Share of the month, one question remained:
What's the evidence?
Not evidence that we've arrived or gotten everything right, but evidence that God's Word is taking root and changing how we live.
In this closing conversation at A Seat at the Queen's Table, we reflect on the growth that doesn't always announce itself: the response that changes, the apology offered without an excuse, the argument we no longer need to win, and the willingness to recognize where God is still developing us.
And as the Queens share their own reflections, we're reminded that becoming isn't just something we discuss at the Table. It's something we carry into our everyday lives.
Grounded in Philippians 1:6, James 1:22–25, and James 1:19, we close October with gratitude for the work God has already done and turn toward November's theme: COMPLETION.
Because maturity teaches us how to grow, and completion teaches us how to finish.
The evidence isn't that we've arrived. It's that we're no longer standing where we once stood.
