<p>Hoy nos vamos a detener en un tema que ha estado marcado durante mucho tiempo por silencios, prejuicios y tabúes: la menopausia.</p><p>La menopausia es una etapa natural en la vida de todas las mujeres. No es una enfermedad, no es un final, sino una transición que marca el cierre del ciclo reproductivo y que, sin embargo, está rodeada de estigmas y de muchas conversaciones pendientes. En lugar de hablarse con apertura, se esconde; en vez de compartirse experiencias, muchas veces se vive en soledad.</p><p>Hoy queremos romper ese silencio. Y para hacerlo no hay nada mejor que escuchar directamente a quienes lo viven en primera persona. </p><p>Una conversación sincera y necesaria.</p>
