39 心情瓶子 - 三分鐘的故事
<p>心情瓶子</p> <p><br></p> <p>有一所小學，老師要帶學生們做一個實驗，老師教導學生們實驗的不步驟。</p> <p>首先拿一個透明的瓶子，然後把水倒進去，再放一些灰塵，最後就搖一搖。孩子們發現灰塵都浮在水上面，老師說：「你們怎麼做都可以，但是要讓全部的灰塵沉下來。」</p> <p>於是孩子們有的用力的把瓶子放在桌上，有的輕輕的搖瓶子，結果都沒有人成功，於是老師說：「那你們試試看如果不用做什麼，結果會怎樣。」孩子們就安靜地看著瓶子，沒有動它，結果所有的灰塵就慢慢地沉下來了。</p> <p>其實這些瓶子好像我們的心一樣，當我們生氣、難過或出現負面的情緒時，我們的心就會混亂、混濁，你越想控制心，心則越混亂，如果你想要讓心靜定下來，最好的方法就是不用做什麼，靜靜地看它，心會自然而然地平靜，不好的情緒會自己消除，當心裡的灰塵沉下來，心就會清淨、清澈、透明，這樣你就會感到快樂了，你的心也會因而亮起來！</p>

38 兩顆寶石 - 三分鐘的故事
<p>兩顆寶石</p> <p>很久很久以前，在一個小村莊裡住著兩兄弟。他們的父母很早就去世了，所以兄弟倆從小就學會互相照顧，分工合作。</p> <p>每天一大早，兄弟倆就起床洗臉，手拉手到附近山上砍柴。直到太陽升起時，柴也已經砍夠了，一人挑一擔，到城裡去賣，換些米回家。他們做事很賣力，從不偷懶，所以附近的農家常常叫他們去做工。</p> <p>這一天，兄弟倆做完工，看太陽快下山了，就手拉著手，到山下的小溪去洗澡。正在洗澡的時候，弟弟忽然很吃驚的說：「哥哥，你看！水裡有樣東西，閃閃發光呢!」哥哥伸手把那東西撈起來。是一個如圓圓的小玻璃球似的寶石，發出一閃一閃的亮光。他們高興極了，把寶石帶回家，放在一個小箱子裡。</p> <p>第二天早上，他們打開小箱子一看，寶石旁邊多了一塊黃金。</p> <p>他們把黃金放到別的地方。第三天打開小箱子一看，裡面又多了塊黃金。這麽一來，他們的日子也好過了。</p> <p>時間過得很快，兩兄弟都長大成人了，哥哥跟村裡一個女孩結了婚，成了家。弟弟跟哥哥說：「哥哥，你已經結婚，花費比我多，這顆寶石就給你吧。」哥哥說：「不不不，我有家，你還沒有。這顆寶石應該給你才對!」足弟倆讓來讓去，誰也不肯要那顆寶石。後來他們經過商量，決心把寶石再放回山下的小溪裡，誰也不獨自擁有。</p> <p>那一天早上，他們兄弟倆走到小溪邊，正要把寶石放進水裡，</p> <p>忽然看到小溪裡又有一顆寶石，也在那裡閃閃發光。兄弟倆心裡很感動，哥哥說：「說不定這是老天爺送給我們的禮物!要讓我們一人一顆。」</p> <p>在待人處事時，不要只想到自己，也要為他人著想，這就是使社會成為宜居之地的原因。 雖然現實生活可能尚未發生，但一顆善良的心會營造出良好的氛圍，彼此會有美好的祝願，讓彼此更圓滿。</p>

37 狐狸報恩 - 三分鐘的故事
<p><strong>狐狸報恩</strong></p> <p>很久以前，有五百隻狐狸及獅群同時住在山裡，狐狸經常群聚一起，偷偷地跟在獅王後面，等獅王獵殺牛、馬、鹿等鳥獸，飽餐一頓離開後，再一擁而上，搶食這些殘食。</p> <p>一天夜晚，獅王覺得肚子餓了，出來覓食，狐群亦步亦趨地跟在獅王之後，等著分食。可是天色太暗了，獅王一不小心掉落到一個深坑裡，爬不出來。狐狸們知道不可能吃到食物了，都一溜煙地跑走了。</p> <p>只有一隻狐狸留在深坑旁，心想：「我每天吃著獅子所留下來的食物，才能維持生命。如今獅子遇到危難，我不能捨棄牠，應該想辦法救牠出來才對。」</p> <p>於是，狐狸思索各種營救辦法，觀察四周的狀況後，看到了一旁的黃土堆。牠馬上對著洞裡的獅子說：「我現在要將黃土慢慢地推下去，你先到一旁去，等黃土越堆越高時，再躍上黃土，設法跳出來。」狐狸開始用力地將黃土扒入洞裡，等黃土漸漸地堆高了，獅子便依照指示，從洞裡跳了出來。</p> <p>獅子非常感激牠的救命之恩。狐狸卻謙虛地表示，自己只是報答獅子平日的關照，還特別感恩獅子長久以來的幫助，令獅子感動不已。</p> <p>那時的獅王即是釋迦牟尼佛的前生，扒土救獅的野狐是阿難尊者，其餘捨棄獅王而去的四百九十九隻狐狸，即是後來跟隨提婆達多的四百九十九位比丘眾。</p> <p>省思</p> <p>台灣諺語云：「吃果子，拜樹頭，吃米飯，敬鋤頭」，我們可以在社會生存，是眾人的成就，觀一餐飯，由墾植、收割、蹂治、舂磨、炊煮……而成，當中蒙受眾生恩德，難以度量。因此，我們要知恩，還要進一步感恩、報恩。</p> <p>感恩不僅是對提攜與關心自己的長輩、上級，對平輩及晚輩的相助與照顧，都要感恩。如果能以報恩心來生活，定會充滿感激，而不會有怨恨、失望、不服氣的想法，人與人之間也更祥和喜樂。</p>
