浩運足球會，是參加第二屆香港超級青年聯賽的十一間球會當中的實力黑馬。 浩運雖然不及一些大球會知名，部份球員更坦言球隊未必是自己當初投考青年軍的首選，但藉著一季的訓練和比賽，球員都努力爭取改善自己和進步，決心要與其他超青聯對手一較高下。教練勉勵一班青年球員，即使不是「贏在起跑線」，只要肯繼續努力和嘗試，將來也有機會成為出色球員，而不是別人眼中永遠的次選。 編導：伍立德

冠忠南區：不分高下
冠忠南區足球會是一個扎根在南區的地區球會，2002年，因籌組球隊參加香港丙組足球聯賽而成立，已有20年歷史。冠忠南區的青年軍約有一半學員是南區的居民，當中除了有外籍球員，亦有在球隊「由細踢到大」的青年球員，球員間有強烈的歸屬感，大家無分彼此，不分高下。 冠忠南區的青訓主張球員盡力踢好足球比賽，亦要贏人生競賽。 青訓總監王子謙表示，球會希望球員有平衡的發展，同時兼顧踢足球和學業。球員從U6 開始培養對足球的興趣和技巧，循序漸進，訓練是以建立球員為目標，參加超青聯可以提升球員的出賽經驗。 冠忠南區...

佳聯元朗： 逆流而上
元朗足球會於1958年成立，曾奪1963年香港頂級聯賽冠軍，港超聯成立後亦曾於2018年奪得高級組銀牌冠軍。 球會近年以「佳聯元朗」名義參賽，受經濟環境等因素影響，在2020-21球季開始不參加港超聯，目前在甲組比賽。佳聯元朗沒有參加首屆香港超級青年聯賽，經過一段調整期後，球會決定重新出發，藉參加第二屆超青聯發展青訓，發掘區內青年球員訓練。球會坦言自己屬超青聯「新丁」，部分隊員從沒有高水平球賽經驗。 雖然沒有如大球會般的豐富資源支持，佳聯元朗仍希望在表面上「輸了起跑線」及資源有限情況下，一班...
