Jelle liet zich inspireren door de tegenstelling die hij aantrof bij boerderij De Mossel, die geliefd is vanwege haar natuur, maar waar de menselijke hand in alles wat je ziet toch heel zichtbaar is. Hij goot het idee in een mal met een chemisch goedje dat eruit ziet als deeg, maar zo hard wordt dat als het eenmaal uitgehard gewoon in het bos mag staan. Als het tenminste nog een beetje volume krijgt...

De mossel in progress | Lucas Sloot
Hij wist het eigenlijk meteen al, die kastanjebomen bij binnenkomst op het erf van boerderij Mossel, daar wilde hij iets mee. Inmiddels zit Lucas Sloot in de hulpmodus, werkt hij aan ondersteunende kunst voor zijn geliefde boom en hoopt hij dat zijn zonnepanelenprothese nog op tijd af komt.
