In this episode, our two co-hosts explore the theme of romance.

In this episode, our two hosts sit down with nutritionists Binta and Halima to discuss diet culture. In recent years, we've witnessed a significant rise in the glorification of thinness, a trend that has strengthened the hold of diet culture in our societies. But what exactly is diet culture? How is it harmful, and why should we work to dismantle it? These are the questions we explore in this episode. We also bring in a race- and gender-based perspective to understand how our different identities shape the impact of diet culture on each of us.
