How to Rewrite Negative Self-Talk | EP 8
You are not behind.
You are agreeing with a story that says you are, and you have been telling it so faithfully that it became the thing you experience.
This episode is for the woman with more assignment than margin. The one who wakes up already tired. The one who keeps asking how any of this gets done with the time she actually has. I have watched this same story surface in room after room of high-capacity women, and I want to take it apart with you.
Here is what I teach you.
Overwhelm is not a time problem. Underneath it is disappointment, and underneath that is a belief about your own capacity. Worry and negative thinking consume an enormous share of your daily energy. Praise, anticipation, and expectation generate it. Your body is either burning fuel or making it, and the story you rehearse decides which.
Then I give you the mechanism. Your mind renews through repetition, not awareness alone. Understanding is only the doorway. I walk you through the four levels of competency, the reason 95% of your thinking runs on default, and how the Word becomes so embodied that the yoke finally gets light.
You will walk away with a practice. Name the story that drains you. Rewrite it in the language you want your mind to believe. Speak it until it becomes the way you talk.
Scripture named this mechanism first. Science is only now catching up.
