Cybersecurity, Netzwerkexpertise und Teamführung – mit Alexandra Valta-Bohacek
<p>Heute habe ich das Vergnügen, mit Alexandra Valta-Bohacek zu sprechen. Alexandra leitet derzeit die IT Security Operations der MM Group. Dies ist nicht ihre erste verantwortungsvolle Position im Security-Bereich; bereits zuvor war sie bei namhaften Unternehmen für Security verantwortlich. Vor ihrer aktuellen Rolle war sie für die IT Network & Security Operation der PORR Group zuständig. Sie war Head of Digital Security bei Greentube und hat mehrere Jahre bei NTT Österreich die Technical Services Organisation geleitet. Bei A1 Telekom Austria war sie über sieben Jahre in verschiedenen Führungsrollen im Network-, Security- und Enterprise-Bereich tätig. Bevor sie in die Führungsebene wechselte, war sie selbst 19 Jahre als Network Engineer tätig. Sie bringt also eine breite Erfahrung in Security Operations, Netzwerk, Managed Services, Infrastruktur und Teamführung mit. Sie hat große Teams geleitet, Sicherheitsstrukturen aufgebaut und komplexe IT-Umgebungen stabilisiert. Neben ihrer beruflichen Tätigkeit engagiert sie sich als WOMENinICT Ambassador sowie als Mentorin bei Shecurity, Women4Cyber und Confare. In dieser Folge sprechen wir über ihren Werdegang, ihre Arbeit in Security Operations und darüber, was für sie gute Führung in kritischen IT-Bereichen ausmacht.</p>
