82 - The ebb and flow of our creative energy

Creative energy is life force energy. Our creations, whether they be children, books, or businesses, are first fueled by our own life force energy. They will eventually take on a life of their own, able to fuel themselves independently of us, but in those early seasons they are an extension of us. We do need certain environmental conditions in order to create something brand new, from scratch. To put that first piece down that brings our thoughts, our ideas into our 3D world. We are asking ourselves to mentally and creatively connect with a different realm. It is very difficult to travel in our minds to this place where new ideas exist when we have our current reality tugging at us. Once our creation is anchored into our 3D reality, once it has a root secured in the ground, it is much easier to access it and connect with it amongst the distractions of day-to-day life. 81 - Our experience of creating is meant to be FUN and FULFILLING

What is your experience when you’re creating content or writing your book? And what do you want it to be? What do you wish it could be? What is your dream, idyllic scenario for how it would feel? Creating is meant to be fun and fulfilling. You can trust the excitement that comes with the very first spark of an idea. You can trust the idea. You can trust that you’re meant to say it, write it, share it, experience it. Thank you so much for listening. 80 - Reaching THE END of The First Draft

In this episode I’m sharing the experience of seeing the light at the end of the first draft tunnel and writing those last 20,000 words to reach The End. It was a relief, an “oh my gosh, I’m almost there!” moment. I braced myself. I still had to keep doing exactly what I’d already done for almost two years and 130,000 words. It got closer. And yet, I still had to show up and write 1000 words each day, letting the days pass and the words add up. It became bittersweet. I didn’t want it to end. And then, inevitably, I wrote the last words. Thank you so much for listening. I would love to know what you thought of the episode, what it brought up for you, and what it helped you with.
