Women Under Construction is where Christian women are formed—not just encouraged.
If you’re tired of shallow messages and ready for theological depth, spiritual growth, and real leadership development, you’re in the right place.
Here, we rebuild identity from the truth of Scripture, develop a biblical vision for women, and equip you to lead with clarity, authority, and purpose in every space God has placed you.
This is the work of becoming a Kingdom woman.
What does it look like to become a woman who responds faithfully to God, even when we don't fully understand what He's doing?
In this episode, we're opening our Bibles to Esther chapters 1 and 2 for a verse-by-verse exploration of the people, historical context, cultural dynamics, and theological significance of this fascinating Old Testament book.
From King Ahasuerus's extravagant banquet and Queen Vashti's refusal to Esther's introduction, her rise to royalty, and Mordecai's unexpected discovery of a plot against the king, we're slowing down to examine the details we often overlook.
Along the way, we'll wrestle with questions about power, identity, obedience, influence, and the providence of God. We'll explore what the text actually says, why these details matter, and how they lay the foundation for everything that unfolds in the chapters ahead.
Because becoming a woman who responds begins with becoming a woman who recognizes God's work, understands His Word, and is willing to be formed by both.
Grab your Bible, turn to Esther 1–2, and let's dig into Scripture together. We're not just reading Esther's story—we're learning how to study it, understand it, and allow God's Word to shape the women we're becoming.

Borrowed Beliefs and the Work of Rebuilding
How do we honor the people who teach us without outsourcing our theology to them?
In this episode, I’m sharing a personal story about the relationship I have with my local church pastor—how I’m learning to honor his leadership, how he honors the theological work and calling God has entrusted to me, and why healthy spiritual leadership should make room for thoughtful questions.
We’ll also talk about the difference between being teachable and being passive, what the Pharisees reveal about elevating human interpretations above the heart of God, and how to begin rebuilding an inherited or borrowed theology. Finally, I’ll take you inside my own study process and share practical tools for deeply engaging Scripture—because faithful teachers can guide us toward truth, but they cannot know God or develop our convictions for us.
