Podcast Overview

'Women Who Rise' was created out of my personal journey of losing myself in the midst of raising my family and uncovering who I am apart from taking care of everyone else. After almost 3 decades of marriage, children leaving the nest, an unexpected pregnancy, entering the stage of hormonal shifts and navigating through mental health issues...I hope to inspire other women to go deeper in their self care and discovery. Through honest conversation, transparency and vulnerability, we can cultivate healing in our lives. Healing equates to freedom....freedom to RISE.

Uncovering the Connection Between Sugar Addiction and Emotional Eating
